It’s that time of the year when the trees throw up yellows, oranges and reds, and add more color the landscapes. We don’t get a lot of color here in this part of California but we do see patches of fall color here and there. And sometimes there’s a lone tree that stands out from its surroundings. However, when it is fall, it is difficult to not go looking for the colors of the season.
Here are some sights from some recent drives in the “backyard.” These trees and these fall colors are from the eastern parts of the San Francisco Bay; from the areas of Mountain House, Tracy, Lathrope, Fremont and Livermore.

Have lived for about 35 years in California – last year we moved to TX, and I miss the hills of Northern Cal. We lived on the road to Lake Tahoe. Beautiful colors, and you must live North to have these colors:)
