Now that the spring is in the air, Vasona Park in Los Gatos – California is a place to visit if you love wildflowers and if you live in or are visiting the San Francisco Bay Area. We picnicked there last spring and had a delightful day. How could we not, with sights like this:

Colours of Spring. When your eyes are sore from the sights of winter, these flowers really are such a welcome sight. For me it was a day away from my chores 😉 and I was more than glad to be picnicking near these wild flowers.
