A few weeks ago I chanced upon some wonderful and intriguing artwork at Emerald Glen, a community park in Dublin, California.
I have no idea what this is. I found no name at the bottom or any information beside it. It sure looks a pictograph on slate (what do you think?). The cracks or look-alike-cracks as they might as well be added more charm to it. I like how it was embedded in a rocky structure. Together they looked like an impressive piece of installation art.
And the artwork on the grey surface looks like some kind of pictograph and adds an element of intrigue to the ensemble. I see some fish, starfish, and eels. I see some plants — probably some underwater plants — and also clams, maybe?! I’ve been trying to figure out what the bigger figures in the artwork might be. I still have no clue. What do you see there at the right-hand bottom corner?

Wow. I looked at this for quite a while. The bones, hmmm… strange. They do not fit, seemingly.

The art is quite intriguing. I see fossils of lot of fishes and an African elephant. It probably trying to show that big fishes eat small fishes but in the end all die, even the mighty elephant!
