Today, I’m taking you to Brentwood, California to show a mural at a farm. If you follow or participate in Thursday Tree Love, I might have taken you there a few weeks back to see some peach trees loaded with fruit. ๐ The farm is Airaya U-Pick farm where we’d gone fruit picking a few months ago. Now to the Airaya Farm mural — it was on a wooden cabin and it had a picture of some sombrero-spotting men.
For a closer look at it —
We went there to pick some White Peaches but the farm also allows you to pick Yellow Peaches, Nectarines and Apricots when in season. If you would like to go fruit picking while you are in Northern California or you’d like to go take a look at this mural, the farm is Airaya Farm in Brentwood, CA. It’s on Marsh Creek Road.

Cute mural. Oh, but now Iยดd like to go to Tres Amigos and have a tortilla!
I have an apple in the fridge, that must do… ๐
I hope you get to go have your tortilla, soon.
Enjoy that apple. Keep that doctor away. (You wanna hear the rest of it? ๐ ) ๐๐
Have a good week, Iris.
It fits perfectly with the surroundings.
It does! That wooden wall looks like the perfect background too, doesn’t it? ๐
Thank you for stopping by, Bertie. ๐
It transports you to Mexico for sure ๐ Cute mural Dee, thanks for participating in Monday Murals.
Thank you for hosting, Sami.
Have a lovely week. ๐
When I think of Brentwood, I think of streets lined with houses that are no longer affordable to the middle class. I certainly don’t think of farmland. Those owners must be the last of the local farms. I was so surprised when I read the city of Brentwood and farmland in the same sentence. But, I’m here to see the mural, of course, and I like that it honors the workers who obviously do much of the fruit picking. This is a great and beautiful entry, Dee.
Hello Elizabeth,
You’re not wrong. There is that Brentwood, and then there’s this side to it too — the farmlands.
There are quite a lot of farms in the area. There’s a lot of fruit-growing around here.
I thought it was a great tribute too.
Thank you for coming this way, Elizabeth.
Have a good week. ๐
Beautiful mural.
A fun and fantastic spotting! The colour of the wood is so beautiful too.
