Spring - Vasona Park

Now that the spring is in the air, Vasona Park in Los Gatos – California is a place to visit if you love wildflowers and if you live in or are visiting the San Francisco Bay Area. We picnicked there last spring and had a delightful day. How could we not, with sights like this:

      Aren't they, Mr. Bhatia?!
It's beautiful to see these colours after the winter months and all those bare trees. It sure is a happy season.

I hadn't been much of a flower person. But now that I'm exposed to well-defined seasons, I see the difference and see how much beauty flowers can bring about.

      Thank you so much, Nomad.

Colours of Spring. When your eyes are sore from the sights of winter, these flowers really are such a welcome sight. For me it was a day away from my chores πŸ˜‰ and I was more than glad to be picnicking near these wild flowers.
Thank you for the visit, Arti. πŸ™‚

That (the first pic) was a sight prettier than what you see in the picture. That image is still so fresh in my mind. Couldn't do justice to it. πŸ™

Spring is such a delightful season for photographers! Those little buds and flowers that blossom in every corner of the towns just gives us more reason to step out of our house! Lovely pictures D.
