As I was browsing through my albums, I found pictures of a Ridgefield sunrise amidst dramatic clouds making for a fiery sky. I couldn’t resist putting up the pictures of that glorious winter morning in Southwest Washington.

Wonderful captures, Divya 🙂
Thank you so much, Ravish. 🙂
Dawn and dusk are usually the golden hours of photography and you need to work hard to shoot a bad image. That said, it is equally hard to produce a unique shot. The complete image (with the huts in the foreground) from where you have cropped the sky is just wonderful.
Oh yeah, golden hour shots — you rarely go wrong with them. 🙂
Thank you so much, USP. It's always great to receive your feed back, especially when it come to photography.
Thank you so much for the support. I hope you are having a good week.
wow… early morning sky and the golden blood orange color! They are so enticing. Probably the only reason to get up from a deep sleep. 🙂 Lovely clicks.
I swear. I'm so not a morning person. And this was like a treat for having gotten up early one November morning. 🙂
Thank you so much, Raj.
I love capturing sunrise and sunset. Beautiful pictures. I want to visit this part of US, only to experience the incessant rain. 🙂
I know… that's so much fun, right? 🙂
Visiting so as to feel that rain is going to be great. I'm sure it'll make you want to pen down a few poetic lines too.
But it's quite different when you have to spend a lot of time there — like several months. 😉
Lovely hues, Nambiare!
Aren't they?
🙂
Thank you, Nomad. 🙂
