This week for Monday Mural let me show you some mission murals from San Luis Obispo. San Luis Obispo is a city on California’s Central Coast and is home to one of the early Spanish missions of California – Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa.
Mission Mall on Higuera Street in San Luis Obispo (SLO) has some murals of the mission on its storefront. The murals show the beautiful architectural features of Spanish Missions which were characterized by the clay-tile roofs, arches and stucco walls. Here are some close-up shots of the paintings of Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa on Mission Mall’s walls:

Makes for a nice entrance to the shopping mall. Thanks
It does. And the subject in the mural is a historical landmark of the town. 🙂
Thank you for hosting, Sami. 🙂
Are it paintings or photographs. Not quite clear by me.
It sure looked like a painting. 🙂
